    These are the few things that I learned about ecigs that helped me quit smoking.

    1. Get the lowest amount of nicotine. I use 6%
    Its the worst when you over nic yourself. You can always vape more.

    2. Remember the vape is absorbed mostly in your mouth and throat. So it takes a delayed effect. Not as instant as a cig. Its takes about a min to curb cravings.

    3. You will never find a vape that will taste like a cigarette. So stop trying. Instead treat it differently. Vapes tend to work really well with fruit flavors and Caramel/Vanilla types.
