I don't get the logic of some of you people. Telling people to not bother using e-cigarettes, when you've never even tried them; or claiming they don't work --yet again without having tried them. If you haven't tried them, or don't have any peer-reviewed studies that show you otherwise, you need to not open your mouth. It potentially curbs ones efforts into quit tobacco smoking.

How can anyone make these claims, when there's plenty of evidence that suggests otherwise?

    • My arguement is that nicotine and smoking isnt the addiction. the addiction is breaking out ofmicrokorg
    • the habbit of smoking itself. so whether its an actual cigarette or an e-cig you are still "smoking"microkorg
    • i'm not preaching anti-smoking. im saying this as advice from someone who's successfully given up for nearly a year nowmicrokorg
    • i know FOR SURE if i had taken up e-cigs i'd probably still be smoking them!microkorg
