    It mat be an embedded font in a web page made for microsoft internet explorer... you may already know that....

    It seems ms has tools to "cook" fonts into this format but not to extract tgem, as tge idea was apparently to precent font "theft"

    Microsoft.con/typography/weft.ms...

    Note that this may be a copy protected font, so ms may not allow you to do what you want to with it.... you may need some specific dour cc efont files, as this format is compressed and possibly encrypted...
