    I agree with Brand.

    Prohibition does not work, look back in the 1920's etc with the Alcohol ban? it lead to higher crime rates, more deaths and didn't really deter many from drinking, only lead them to take more risks to get it.

    I'm not say all drugs should be legal etc, but the current system is clearly not working. And Brand has given two examples where change is working. More should be done to at least remove the stigma and for people to have more understanding on addiction and how it CAN be helped.
