I've had encounters with both kinds of cops, corrupt and also those who I consider fair and sensible people.

At age 17 I defended myself (no representation at all) and successfully fought a fourth amendment violation, by first establishing the officer as a blatant liar, then proving my rights were violated.

On the other side I've met police that know right from wrong, even going so far as to say if cannabis were legal, they would smoke it.

While this thread focuses on the police that should be screened out, I'll post a few shots of the ones who deserve better, people stuck in the middle.

    The crying cop

Simple truth is we need "peace officers" to maintain just that. If we all become cynics there is no support for the good cops; they'll feel threatened and band together in defense of themselves in the same way civilians do. We seriously need more female officers IMO.

All that said, the cops who bully (and worse) are an ultimate disgrace to humanity, they are the ones who make oppression possible.
