    MrT's Tandoori Marinade
    Enough for 4.

    1/2 cup yoghurt (no lo-fat shit)
    Juice 1/2 lemon
    1 tbsp garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp ginger, chopped
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
    1 tsp garam masala (optional)

    Season well and blitz it all in blender.
    Stick your meat in it for at least 15 mins.
    Grill, BBQ or griddle. Yes.
