ANYONE who considers themselves educated, knowledgeable, able to read and study, CANNOT deny these truths. For those who erroneously think that a foreign people can come to another land and absolutely destroy, ignore and obliterate the truth of the history of the land and the people of the land (the aboriginal and indigenous people), is not knowledgeable as to what 'Rights of Indigneous People are about, nor are they educated in National Principles and Laws of Nations. You cannot ignore, especially upon a claim, the aboriginal and indigneous people, even upon their 'appeared' and erroneously reported distinction, as long as there are descendants that exist and make that claim. As for us here,there are plenty,who simply have been coined and branded as American Indians, negroes, coloreds and blacks, fortified by the erection of the 14th amendment, not ratified, for us to erroneously come under and accept negroe civil rights, which are NOT Rights, but are privileges. Anyone who ignores or denies the aboriginal people is absolutely admitting to the willing commission of GENOCIDE. Any institutions the foreign corporations erect that do the same, including, and ESPECIALLY, so-called Courts that have NO Delegation of Authority pursuant to the 'Law of the Land" (Article II and VI), therefore is absolutely admitting to the commission of Fraud and Treason. Once the descendants of the aborginal and indigneous people 'wake up' out of their 'mental slavery' and simply in HONOR, acknowledge their own ancestry and true heritage in any land, that is when they receive resistance from Colorable establishments that have always been existing and operating. It then becomes 'not so easy' to control a people who are now knowledgable and no longer complacent, thus the reason YOU MUST BE ACTIVE and not PASSIVE.
