  The best internet business model for recurring revenue is Software as a Service - most of your efforts go into customer acquisition and then you can be making money while you sleep.

  Anything that involves shipping or stocking is a business you'll need to work hard at for every dollar - blogs aren't bad if you really enjoy writing but in my opinion you need to do that because you love the topic and not for revenue, but if your patient it might pay out over time.
