i think any font management depends on your font types & OS - and what software you use... opentype is the way to go - but some old suitcasePS fonts will work - then they break - then all your fonts get corrupted because sometimes you'll be using bitmaps/opentype/truetype etc. then an update from a piece of software will put 20 more types into your font folder...
basically they're all shit - and will work one day but not the next.
or is that just me?
