    ^ That's a great price. Actually was just searching completed listings to see how much I could get for mine.

    It's easy to replace the pads, buttons & screen or add a HD. Check out http://mpcstuff.com

    If that doesn't have the "new pads" you'll definitely want to replace them, as the "red/blue optimus prime" model had defective ones, which they fixed in the black model. The "defective" ones wouldn't trigger properly around the edges, etc.

    You'll also want to put JJOS on there. I run JJOS 2xl on mine.
