... Hmmm I think I will go down to the registry Monday and buy the name Newarmy Inc. Tramemark the name in northamerica as full rights protection for work related to design or development... Then I will sue you both as the resistered corporate name holder and take your domains... That should put an end to the whining. hehe ;)
What I am trying to say to you bug... is yes if you create actual work, and somebody uses it.. you have the right to bitch, even sue.. But no such things exist for names. You have to register them. Incorporate or trademark in order to have rights to them.
Just thinking a thought and registering a domain does not give you sole rights to anything.
