Slower and longer than I'd usually listen to, but entertaining as it builds. Considering it's done live, I'm impressed, as I program everything I make. I really enjoyed some of the samples. Would love to play with some those bass / sub bass / growls. I like that "clonk" snare and the kicks together as well. I feel like the vocals were under-powered? They could have been denser / thicker / fuller? if that makes any sense. But if you're saying you banged that out as I heard it then did the vocals through whatever effects in 7 minutes... that's pretty cool man.
- Yeah the only part I had looping before i hit record was the first thing you hear in the track.mantrakid
- I used that as my metronome to get everything else laid on top with my RC50.mantrakid
- So live bass (mic pitched down) live drums, live singing, all with live effect tweaks... Its rough, but my first attempt @ thismantrakid
- particular song anyway.. the goal is that i get faster so tracks dont take so long to build, and then take it to the stagemantrakid
