You cannot "copyright a name" or anything short like that, such as almost all titles. You may be thinking of trade marks, which apply to names, and can be weakened or lost if not defended.
If you have the name NueArmy Trademarked.. Then bitch away. A name is not part of copyrighted design, or intellectual property. The only way to completely secure a domain is register all similar sounding domains ... Keep in mind bug... Nobody has an original thought.
