Urban development of Scottsdale.
The opened up during the Housing bust in 2006 and the bank probably fucked them as well.
On top of them being crazy they are now dealing with a decline in a working class, seniors are seeing their meds and medical dry up and the filthy rich are only visitors so this seems like a good plan B. maybe get people to travel to them, maybe a reality show. People tend to watch the people they hate... at least in Philly they do.
It has the making of a reality show and I bet Gordon will back it.
i thought it was funny when they said people wee creeping around their restaurant and it was like 2 people.
They may be filing chapter 11 also and trying to get some kind of money before they fold because Arizona is in bad shape financially.
