Skepticism is great...but you should be skeptical of everything including the conspiracy theories. Not every event that happens in the world is a conspiracy.
Just because we don't have high-res video footage showing them dropping off a backpack at the events doesn't mean they didn't do it. Very rarely in a crime are you going to have perfect documented evidence of the entire crime.
I remember people saying the Sandy Hook shootings were staged because there was no video footage of the actual shooting released and it was supposed to be a big government charade to pass gun control.
A few months later, guess how much gun control passed? None.
I don't see any legislation connected with this event either. The idea that they staged the bombing in order to pass CISPA is ridiculous. Apparently people don't know that CISPA already passed the House once, only to die in the Senate (as it probably will do this time).
Of course, maybe the government is simultaneously staging false attacks but also completely incompetent at realizing its evil schemes. That would make more sense maybe...
