You can spend the whole day admiring La Sagrada Familia.
You can go to another cool place, Parc Güel.
For something a bit different you can go to mountjuïc.
If you love football you can go a do a tour of the Camp Nou.
Go to La Rambla and the streets around it. A lot of hidden gems around it.
Go to La Barceloneta if you like to be near the water.
Visit La pereira /Casa Milá by Guadî
Seriously take your pick however one those places will take you the whole day at least.
Or if you just want to see everything take one of those sightseeing tours.
Enjoy
