Yeh that makes sense, the content should inform the desired output/tech with users in mind.And yeh i agree that the future is mobile, but im curious what tech and fall back processes people currently use to create rich interactive and animation on mobiles, whilst being mindful of limitations.
And their general thoughts on the subject.
