i've cut down from 3-4 double espressos to one cup in the morning. sometimes i'll have another cappuccino around 10am with a croissant or something.
i realised how bad it was when i once ran out of coffee and was late leaving on a roadtrip. didn't have time to stop and get some. after a couple of hours it felt like my head was gonna explode if i don't have a cup soon.
