  Yeah, bit of a disappointment compared to Black Sands. Leans too much on the production, yet sounds like early 2000s BS electro-jazz. Black Sands had a really great combination of the songwriting of early-ish Bonobo, and solid, yet organic-sounding production.

  That being said, the first track really works for me, and I bet a few others will grow on me.

  • it's hard to not like anything Bonomo does. even if it doesn't fit in with what you're currently into, it will still fit in somewhere...sine
