My guess is she's as gay as the day is long, but has neither the guts, nor the common sense, nor the brains to finally come out, seeing as she's a born-again dude-on-a-stick worshipper now. That wouldn't sit well with her fellow culties, and it would make her look a complete idiot. Which is to say, even more than she looks now.
But trust me, she's a closet carpet muncher, else she wouldn't feel the need to complain and protest so loudly on camera.
