i grew up on a farm and we had lots of animals, goats, sheep, etc. And so at one point the goat had babies, and my father told me that the 'kids' were mine to name. There were two, which is quite common, so I named them bert and ernie because I loved sesame street. One night soon after they were born I accidentally left the barn door open and coyotes got in and killed and ate them. I went into shock and I could not speak for months afterwords, feeling responsible for their death. I wound up becoming an alcoholic and nearly killed myself, but finally saw the light and went to AA. So now I always make my username 'twokids' after them. Helps keep me straight and reminds me of how cruel life can be.
