    Autoflavour.

Maschine isn't going to disappear in a few years, theyve had crazy sales with this new model so would piss off a LOT of their users if they deleted it. The software will continue to improve though.

The OP-1 has really got me interested still. They've got issues with the battery but i'm sure there will be an option in the future to deal with this - replacing the battery yourself or getting a electronics shop to do it for you.

The thing that was putting me off was not being able to back up stuff without having a computer with you. Turns out you can get devices for £30 that'll allow you to back up to your iphone/ipad. very enticing. Still a lot of money though.

For the money MASCHINE is a realyl good deal! you get a LOT of good sounds with it and Massive too!
It can run without the controller attached so you dont need to have it with you on the road and can make beats anywhere.

The problem with big old synths and drum machines (for me) is the fact that they are BIG. Not portable- both for gigs or just jamming in the sunshine.

    • yeah see, you say a couple of years.. i am talking 10 years. i have synths from the mid 90'sautoflavour
    • and you cant honestly tell me you believe that in 10 years time the maschine or anything else controller wise will anything but junkautoflavour
    • but junkautoflavour
