If you believe there is no God, then you are saying there is no higher being outside you and me to define an absolute version of what is considered a 'Good' act or what is considered to be a 'Bad' act. If there is no absolute definition of Good and bad, then for example murder is just an act it cannot be categorized as neither Good nor Bad. If you can accept to yourself the fact that hitler's act of ordering the murder of 6 million people is neither a 'Good' act nor a 'Bad' act then you can keep believing that there is no higher being but if you cant accept that you might have to rethink your beliefs.

    • Good and bad come from our brains tendency to compare to determine value, not a supreme being.cannonball1978

    • You're stating that morality is derived from teaching that it's not ingrained in our DNA. Which is falseNaygon
    • Simply look to the animal kingdom for which morality taking care of suffrage amounts other peer groups is well documented. It's not just a human trait.Naygon
