    Lately, reflect on dream if any, smack multiple iphone alarms, check social networks, (which i need to stop doing first thing like that) turn on spottily, get dressed, brush teeth, kitchen for water, quick brew coffee into a mug out the door, fire up Waz, get to work. Take a shit later. Really though, I need to wake up 1.5 hrs earlier, walk and meditate. I was doin that for a while and it was having very positive effects.
