my gf gets up at 5.30 am to get ready for work. i'm either up by 6 to have coffee with with her or snooze until 7 (< more often than not).
so:
swear at my gf's alarm; coffee and a smoke; morning sex is off the menu since she gets up so early (and usually late for work)... yet i'm cursed with waking up with a throbbing boner every morning.
shower; get dressed; go to the office, where i make a point of not doing any work-related stuff until at least 9 am... read the news; reply to personal email, etc.- she wakes me up just before 7 when she leaves if i opt for the snoozesine
- my colleague also starts working at 7. often calls me at stupid-o-clock with work-related issues, which is why i use my first couple of hours at the office for personal stuffsine
