There were teammates who's lives were ruined when they told the truth and he used his power and reputation to force them to settle out of court when they couldn't afford better lawyers or continued legal fees. They lost their spot on the team, and credibility in the sport, their livelihood. He forced Trek to drop endorsements of other cyclists based on false claims. Nope. No one has been hurt.
