    We just did just that for an online contest, I would have showed you the site live, but the contest went offline yesterday night

    > Qr Code to access website
    > Registration page where you enter your data,
    > a mail server that creates a code bar that will be mailed to you
    > print email or show smartphone
    > code bar reader on location to scan them

    if you look at the example below, you can see that the mail background is static, only the area where the code bar is is generated is actually dynamic,
