I asked this exact question to a really talented architect/developer I worked with a couple years ago. His answer?
"4 developers and six months." That's development, QA edits, and their testing outside of actual testing by a QA team/person.

- well no one has the budget for 6 months of dev time. Unless your Coca-Cola. I'm dealing with smaller clients. That could never afford that.Raybandana
