    without giving away to much.

    The site is 2 user. 1 user searches the user 2 and can rate user 2 and write a review on user 2. The 2 user has a profile and can edit his/her profile. All of this goes back to a CMS where the admin approves the rating/reviews of user 1 and approves profile edits of user 2. User 2 pays a membership fee for being a part of the site.

    That's pretty much it.
