Well, since everyone and anyone can buy and carry a gun, we'd have to spend the defense budget watching each other.
Someone gets pissed off and tells someone off, arrest 'em!
Seriously, if they might have a gun, I am scared of any idiot that has a slight temper at this point.
[I predict we'll either A)See massive gun restrictions imposed OR B) Massive gun purchases and numerous 'senseless' killings as people are terrified of anyone, if you carry, you'll pull out and shoot, ask questions later. I know I will]
- no but defense departments could monitor them, do unobtrusive interviews , maybe try to sway them away from their decisions.74LEO
