I hate christmas. I dread Thanksgiving, since I know right after that, IT is coming. Women, well ok, my wife - get absolutely insane around xmas. But I think that this is true of many women, mothers especially.
The expectation to produce perfect memories is so intense that inevitably blowups and scenes occur. Everything needs to be absolutely perfect or the cherished holiday memory will be tainted forever. And this is always because of something I did.
I hate christmas, in fact, I hate the whole christmas season, and cannot wait until it is over.
