What got my curiosity going is how 'memories' are going going to be a factor. In flashback he's seen in a 'going about it's business-pre attack' Earth....but the attack took place 60 years ago, as if he was there at that last Super Bowl, so no way it could be him. Then the gal in the pod that crashes knows his name, same girl from the flashback, but he doesn't know her. Sadly, with all the wacky that follows Cruise from his personal life, some may be put off on this one. But with Kosinski directing after doing TRON: Legacy...it'll be interesting to see how he expands into a different vein of science fiction.
