UPDATE!!!
So I simmered on it for a while, and started to miss her more and more.
Went out to lunch and I said I would stay for her, or she could move with me, and I do care about her. And if she doesn't feel the same, that's ok I just have to let her know.
She didn't say that much, just that she likes it here and doesn't want to move. It seemed to go ok and she seemed open to dating again.
Then I found out she (24) started dating her ex (37 with 3 kids) right after we stopped hanging out. Who she said "would never date that asshole again unless he gets rid of those snot nosed kids". I got pissed and called her mom, which was the best insult possible.
So I think I dodged a bullet. I feel dumb because I let myself have feelings for her. But whatever.
