I'm buying a pork shoulder; I'm making adobo, and I'm gonna get sauce. Which one is best for pork adobo? Why in the pictures does the jalapeƱo sauce look so transparent? Peace.
- Personally I'd use the Jalapeno or Habanero depending on how much heat you want. All of them taste good on almost all foods.bzsaw
