  Most of the applications are through job agencies and monster. I get interest from my resume but seems to quit there. I notice also job agency, job placement seems different.
  Before, I think job placement firms had more clout in picking people for placement. Now it seems more like they pitch people.

  Other then that I am still freelancing, trying to get into more fulltime. So i guess try to improve my portfolio..
