    but if it's a show based in a relatively realistic environment and therefore desires us to empathize with the characters on some level, i think that skyler gets an unnecessary amount of hatred because she's seen as some impediment to walt's being a bad-ass, when in any sort of idea other than some archaic notion of a family, walt is being completely unsupportive / terrible to all of them.
