  I think ATT iPhones are locked to the carrier, but I'm not sure. Might want to look into unlocking it before you leave, then a pre-paid sim should be fine. You might want to shut off data, though. I used Orange and it was about 4 euros each time I connected to the internet.

  • If you're with ATT, it's not locked to ATT. I was able to automatically jump onto other carriers while in Europe.CanHasQBN
