A cat who is raised to live indoors and has a good home doesnt know of the outside world and doesnt view living indoors as a prison. Outdoor cats are much more work and dont usually live as long. I used to have outdoor cars and some died young, one was hit by a car, others came back with injuries. Only indoors for me now.
