    i really enjoy working on projects from pencil/paper all the way thru production and installation. i think it's made my work better, knowing the ins and outs of designing for fabrication. not just seeing it on a website or printed on a business card, but sketching something that i can also physically build.

    also, it's just nice to step out away from behind a computer.
