    when im in the car from the hotel to the factory, i see people walking in the middle of the street, crossing not in the crosswalk but where ever they please. mothers with babies, kids and everyone just standing in the middle of the street.

    the cars and scooters have to constantly weave in between the people, there is no law for driving here and the vehicles here drive on either side of the streets, they move in direct path of oncoming traffic, they are constantly honking the horns to avoid the people walking as they please.

    each street has sidewalks andnot only that they are very wide, yet very empty.. no one seems to use them. it is total anarchy here in regards to personal safety. no one seems to care that there is traffic lights.

    the scooters avoid red lights by using the cross walks, the cars avoid red lights by using the opposite side of on coming traffic.

    this city is very different than what i have seen anywhere in the world in regards to people and how they interact with the motor vehicles around them. the cars never use their signals, they also just push their way into traffic, its just insane.

    the funny part is i never seen any accident or injury. all the cars are perfect with no scratches or dents or smashes. the people on bicycles too, they seem to believe they own the roads even with hundreds of cars honking behind them.
