    i'm experiencing some serious stress this week.. i just want it to go away.. i love being happy and care-free.. stress seems to unintentionally appear from nowhere and be the result of things i can't totally identify and starts to perpetuate negatively into my own personal happiness..

    Besides taking any medication - what do you guys do to overcome stress and unhappiness?

    • massage & just walk away from the deskalbums
    • sports...or anything that keeps your Serotonin levels high.uan
    • the stress is so bad i have knots in my stomach.. i can't focus.. i do not want be here at work.. need a vacation badlybliznutty
