OK, last update for those of you who might still care...
Threadless contacted me to let me know they appreciated the tip and killed the page. They also banned the users associated with the rip. I'm not an asshole but I do feel good because I hate people who think it's OK to do shot like this thinking they'll never get caught.
Oh and congrats Threadless, THAT's the type of help and support all sites provide its users...
