It's pretty easy to tell from looking at the site that I know spicy stuff, and that's about it. I'm the only person that works full-time on the site, and I don't have the time or budget to shop around for designers.
HOWEVER, I am a center of influence for dozens, if not hundreds of small business owners that need design work for their brands/products. So how about you stop being a cynical jackass, and share some knowledge on how to find a good designer?
