    found this really great apt in fort lauderdale.. and now my co-workers are telling me its a scam..

    im really annoyed now.. its a great spot.. a great deal..

    they are asking me to pay 1st month and security deposit b4 i even see the apt.. i told them unless i can see it before then forget it..

    there is lots of choice in florida. and most brokers pay the security deposit.

    i got a reply stating the apt has 7 people interested and that 1 of the other parties is going to pay up this thursday.. and that if i want the place i should send money asap..

    here are the pics-

    its a 1 bed, 2 bath, all utilities incld. doorman, 2 gyms, 2 pools luxury apt near the beach.

    for the price.. its a crazy deal.. really want the spot.. but now hearing so many people say its a scam.. im just irritated.. i need a drink.
