My work explores the relationship between the tyranny of ageing and vegetarian ethics.
With influences as diverse as Caravaggio and John Cage, new synergies are distilled from both constructed and discovered textures.
Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the ephemeral nature of meaning. What starts out as yearning soon becomes manipulated into a hegemony of greed, leaving only a sense of chaos and the chance of a new undefined.
As shifting phenomena become distorted through undefined and personal practice, the viewer is left with a glimpse of the edges of our world.
