that part of SE is booming right now. Everything is in Division between 39th and 20th. The city is in the middle of a major re-zoning on Division to revitalize the street. It should just get better and better as time goes on. They are building a ton of condos with street level retail there, as well as in the rest of the city.

fooler - I lived south of powell near Reed for a few years and it's still cool. Gladstone is getting better.fooler
