ritterbutzke in kreuzberg will be good, the venue is awesome and the people are generally pretty cool
berghain, but unless you get tickets and are happy to stand in line for 2 hours minimum, i would give it a miss..
weekend, much younger crowd, i know ritchie hawtin is playing new years eve, and miss kitten is playing new years day from 11pm (incidentally i am also VJing that night at weekend)
brunnen70 will have something good
cassiopeia have hip hop stuff
i dont know, like i said, there is alot to choose from.. and without more info, its hard to narrow down.
depends if your up for a bender or just a party.. if you are up for a bender, then Ritterbutzke could be good.. we went to new years in 2008, it went for 23 hours.. we went for 8 hours, went home, slept, showered, came back for another 7 hours.. very messy.
