    this is really close to what i drink in the morning. except i don't add the 1/2 cup juice. it's all water and i add 1/2 cup oatmeal for a nice carb. also, i've never been too fond of the muscle milk protein, it's kind of high in fat. i opt for optimum nutrition's whey isolate blend instead. chocolate. holy hell it's good.

    • There's a different protein I use, I'll have to find the brand/type. It's a mix of whey and another kind I think.mg33
