    here this will sum it up.

    battlefield = Large maps focus is more on vehicles and working as a team.

    COD = small maps focus is more on gun skill and you can be effective solo.

    2 entirely different games personally battlefield is slower with engagements far and few - lot of running, driving, and capturing. COD is faster paced with engagements around every corner, no time to take a breath. depends on the mood you're in or the type of person you are. I prefer COD, you can at least jump in for a match and be done in 5 min as opposed to 35min.
