    I have to say I'm really impressed with Google fonts. I've just been building a new site and I'm using Tenor Sans for the headlines, looks quite a bit like the New Yorker headline typeface. It's just paired with arial/sans but looks good. I also use Plantin (not a webfont) in various graphics, so it's a classical serif look for the most part.
    The best part about Google fonts is the lack of need to worry about licensing etc and really easy to use (even I managed it).

    I think typography on the web is finally getting to a place where sites can look good, and individual at last
